Drainage Materia

Drainage Materia

Drainage Materia can be used in a wide variety of landscape projects. It is a premium filter fabric that resists foreign particle clogging from dirt, sand, and debris.

Construction specifications usually establish criteria that drainage layer materials must meet. Earthwork contractors are often given latitude in locating material that meets the requirements.

1. Aerial Drain

Aerial Drain is one of the first Materia you’ll likely come across in CRISIS CORE -FINAL FANTASY VII-REUNION, and for good reason: this top-tier Command Materia deals damage, avoids enemy damage, and heals Zack. With this skill equipped, the most difficult and durable foes in the game will be nothing but a mindless affair to beat. In practice, it’s best paired with Costly Punch (to deal damage) and Drainga or Drainra (to dodge/heal), though even when used alone it will still make fights against most enemies relatively trivial.

Aerial drain works by leaping into the air, allowing Zack to potentially avoid enemy attacks on the ground and landing with an HP-draining AoE attack. While it might not be the strongest of Materia when compared to other AP-based skills like Jump or High Jump, at 255 Strength this can still drain a lot of foes’ HP while restoring your own.

Aerial Drain is available as a reward for completing Mission 3-3-4 and found in Mission 4-2-6, or purchased in the Wutai Secret Shop for 18,000 Gil. It also has a high chance of being created when fusing Drain / Omose or Drain Blade + ATK Up or VIT Up.

2. Drainga

Whether your house is connected to a sewer line or has its own septic system, the plumbing systems within and around your home rely on gravity, not pressure, to move waste matter away from the house. In most homes, the drain pipes pitch downward and connect to a sewer line or Drainage Materia septic tank, where the matter is carried to either a municipal sewage treatment plant or on-site septic system for processing. The drainage system also includes grates and covers to keep debris from clogging the drain lines and cleanout plugs for sealing the drain lines when they aren’t in use.

3. Drainra

Drain is a Black Magic spell that steals HP from an enemy to refill the caster’s own HP. It also deals damage to the target and ignores Reflect, though it does not work against undead enemies. It is a rank 5 materia that requires 30 MP to cast. It can be found in a number of missions, including as a reward from Mission 5-1-3 and stolen from Experiment No. 119 and G Smasher, or obtained by fusing Drain and Firaga Materias.

The upgraded version of drain, drainra drains more HP from enemies and refills the caster’s HP more quickly. It can be used by Black Mages or by a Black Sword equipped with the Black Orb. It is also usable by Rydia (level 36 in 2D versions, level 29 as a child in 3D), Palom, Fusoya, and Tellah after Cecil becomes a Paladin.

When paired with Ritual and Hex, drainra can make for a very effective Shaman job. With this combination, the shaman can easily take out enemy healers with its ability to steal their HP and then deal them massive damage. Moreover, the Shaman’s own healing abilities can keep them from needing to use any of their MP to replenish their health. This is especially useful as the party progresses through the game, allowing them to stay at full health for longer periods of time.

4. Dispel Blade

Although not technically a combat instant, dispel blade is important in most decks. gabion fence supplies It is the best way to counter tempo spells like snare and cryptic command.

It is also great for preventing enemy combos from being finished. Its only drawback is that it does not stack, and a single dispel is guaranteed to fizzle if there are any buffs or debuffs on the target. It doesn’t have the same problem as other damage manipulation spells, though. In fact, it’s actually better than them in many cases because it doesn’t lower the cast value.

As the name implies, dispel blade removes all positive status effects on a target. This includes Float, Reraise, Invisible, Protect, Shell, Faith, Haste, and more. It is an offensive spell, though, and can be used to break enchantments on enemies.

This is important because it can be used to prevent a swarm of enchantments from being played on one enemy, and dispel blade can be cast by the Magic command or Selphie’s Slot Limit Break. It can also be junctioned to boost stats, particularly Spirit and Vitality, or to reduce Drain damage.
