Super-Infrared LED

The camera also supports AHD / CVI / TVI video output over standard BNC coaxial cables. It can be connected to any recorder that supports AHD outputs (4in1 function).

This weatherproof bullet style security camera supports both AHD and TVI video outputs so it can work with most DVRs and XVRs. It also has an on-screen display menu and remote UTC for simple setup and operation.

Power over Coax
Unlike IP systems that require their own power supply for each camera or DVR, HD-over-Coax systems transmit video and power over standard RG59 coaxial cable. This eliminates the need for a separate power source and drastically reduces installation costs.
Additionally, it allows you to send power directly from the back of your DVR straight to the cameras. This feature eliminates the need for a power distribution box as well.
The power and data is transmitted over the same coaxial cable by using a series of inductors and chip beads to prevent signal crosstalk between power and communication signals. The system also enables the signal to be transmitted over a much longer distance than standard HD-SDI.
The new Power over Coax capability is perfect for upgrading an existing CCTV installation to 5MP. It is also great for new installations because it enables you to save time and money by eliminating the need for a separate power supply for each camera.
